These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Unifeast Solutions (“Unifeast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our catering and food-service management platform available at unifeastsolutions.org and related admin portals (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Description of Service
Unifeast Solutions provides software tools for catering businesses, food-service operators, and related administrators to manage units, employees, inventory, expenses, payroll, dining records, invoices, subscriptions, and related operational data. Features may vary by subscription plan and user role (e.g., admin, finance manager, super admin).
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan limits are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including Razorpay). By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms.
- Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Unifeast.
- We may change subscription pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
- Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Upload or store content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy or other rights of third parties.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the Service without our prior written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
5. Customer Data & Content
You retain ownership of data, files, and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Unifeast a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data and for obtaining any required consents from employees or other individuals whose information you upload.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Unifeast Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways, email providers, or cloud storage). Unifeast is not responsible for third-party services and does not endorse them. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Unifeast does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that operational or financial outcomes derived from use of the Service will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unifeast Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Unifeast for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unifeast Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision of the Service poses legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
